"We decided to do a little weekend staycation. We loved being so close to downtown Lees Summit and were able to enjoy some new restaurants. The house was clean and very cozy and looked just like the pictures. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away for the weekend locally or coming from out of town and needing close proximity to local shops, entertainment, and resturants. "

"I've stayed in several different places in the past five years and this one was well-stocked for anything I needed. Coffee, snacks, condiments, and plenty of towels and extra bedding. Despite the arctic temperatures outside it was warm inside with no drafts by the doors or windows. The owner is great with communication, too. "This was perfect for our family of 4 and dog. It was really close to Whiteman AF base. The property also had everything we could think of from cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, laundry baskets, dishes, a dog cage (which was perfect because we forgot ours), and the owners were extremely helpful and had great communication. We would without question stay here again!"

" I was impressed by how much I loved this place. After booking I was expecting a nice place to stay but was wonderfully surprised by just how nice it is. The cabin felt new, it was very clean, taken care of very well and had everything I would ever want. The layout and decor makes it feel a lot larger then it is which is very nice. The views of the lake are breathtaking (especially around sunset) and with just a short walk to the water I was able to enjoy both the lake and privacy. I cannot wait...

"This property was perfect for our family of 8 +1 dog. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the three floors offered good separation when we needed it. We prepared portions of our extended family Thanksgiving meal and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was responsive. We would stay here again. "
