"A great place to stay for anywhere near to the m40 around junction 15. Stratford Upon Avon is only a 15 minute drive away and Bicester Shopping Village is around 40 mins drive away. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We had a minor problem trying to pay for the car parking, as it was a self service machine, which didn’t quite work like, how it was explained to us. but the Reception staff were keen to help us and got it sorted out. "It is not that bad as described in the previous review. The hotel is quite old and furniture are old, but the room is big and clean. TV/Shower is working properly which is good. There is air con. The bathroom has been refurbished. So everything functions properly. Restaurant is open with varieties, although I didn’t try."

My room (004) ground floor by entrance had no lace curtain for privacy.Asked reception about this, just told “ it got ripped”!4 day stay not a single room clean or towel change or tea/coffee top up during whole stay.
