" Location is good. Cleanest is good. Room is good size (302) with fridge. Modern design. Good idea to have the toilet separate. The problem is that is extremely small - see pictures. Reception is a little slow but is ok. The problem was WiFi which was extremely slow - I couldn’t buy train tickets on WiFi. If you need to login at work forget about. The signal is very unstable. I noticed the reception - and the answer was to go to reception for a better WiFi ????"

"This was our 3rd stay in 2 years, each time in a garden room. The terrace is so lovely to have in addition to the room. We asked for a 'more comfy' chair and we were given one which benefitted my wife immensely. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. 1 improvement would be a shower mat as the shower floor tiles are very slippery. On our last 2 visits we have bought a shower mat in a lical shop."

"Really good location just at the top end of the town. Lovely views of the river. Depending on times breakfasts can be a little manic with not enough tables but no real issue. Staff kept replenishing the food so all good If there is one criticism, it's the rooms and bathroom are a little tired.
