"The room we received was not the room that I reserved. I reserved a junior suite and we had a regular King room. I know I paid more for the junior suite. The pictures online showed a bigger room for a junior suite and as mentioned we just had a what I consider a normal King room. Otherwise everything was fine, the gentleman at check in was very nice and patient as there was a long line for checking in."

"A Mom & 2 adult daughters went to the Unbound Books Festival in Columbus to enjoy literacy & celebrate a birthday. The room we booked included happy hour, snacks, dinner & breakfast. It was so nice to return to the hotel, enjoy a drink, snacks, coffee or a meal & just chill. Staff was so kind. The room was super clean. And the location was ideal right off of I70, & close to the super fun downtown area. It was ideal for us."

The manager took care of an incident in which the cleaning service had made a mistake in the bathroom area, and the manager was quick to address and comp for any inconvenience. The beds here are surprisingly comfortable. I was very impressed with the overall condition for this property. "

There were no towels in the pool, staff told us “they had run out of towels”. Staff overall seemed very overwhelmed. Rooms were reasonably clean. "
