"We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use."

"Ideal Central location. Clean, comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. Great views from high up breakfasting area. Only downside is the 3 flights of stairs. I will be staying yet again in a few days time. "

"Big cockroches in the room, colony of ants parading from the room to the outside door. While sleeping.heard a water noise, came out of the room the kitchen flooded up to the living room. Room had a strange smell of dust. It was a nightnare... ."
