"Good location and nice staff (reception and housekeeping). The room was big, tidy and the bed was comfortable. No bathroom amenities were provided, except soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner (no cups, shower cap, etc). Stayed here in 2022 and back then they were offering more than just the basics even though it was during Covid period. "Location was great not too close to all the shopping street lights but nit too far either. Surrounded by shopping lanes and food options. Room was a little too hot for us, but it was comfy enough. Staff friendly snd helpful, laundry facilities on was free, nice chilled lounge area and the massage chairs are a must try after a long day of exploring. "

"Our room was spacious and had a big window overlooking the Busan shore. Conveniently located in Haeundae, so really in the middle of everything. Loved our stay and we plan to be back! Just hoped since our room had a kitchen, that it had some plates, glasses, basic utensils that we can use during our stay. Though it had a kitchen sink, fridge and stove, there was nothing else. "
