So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. "The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, including items cooked to order. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant so we could eat in whenever we chose to. We would definitely return...
