"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "I was surprised to find out how far this property was from main points of interest, given how expensive transportation is. A positive is how quiet it is, in comparison to downtown, but options for dining, shopping, etc. are very limited. The property itself was fine except that the wifi was very unstable. If you need to work at all, or use the wifi for your mobile service (like I did), then this is not a feasible option. "

"There was no internet, in the bathroom there was only shampoo, no soap. We only stayed one night but there was like a garage door closed on the windows in the back, so we couldn't enjoy the outside view in the morning. The bed was comfy."

"This establishment is located in a beautiful area for it to look like how it is on the outside from first glance. The drive way is hazardous and needs to be smooth down and paved. The outside sitting area that overlooks the beachfront needs some yard work done. Grass in the back needs to cut and the pavement need to be pressure washed filled with mold; the benches behind the room has to be refurbished pressure wash and repaint.
