We had some issues with getting taxis in the area due to lack of availability but the hotel manager - Takahiro Arima was generous enough to offer us a ride to the local restaurants and then pick us up afterwards (there are no restraunts/bars near the hotel). "This hotel is not what is implied on Expedia. this is a "love hotel" intended for sexual encounters, something we found out after the fact exists in Japan. the doors to the rooms are locked, and cannot be opened from inside. the rooms have condoms and other sexual devices on hand.
