"Amazing staff, great service, very clean and well kept. Just be aware there’s no bathroom door and the washroom and toilet share the same sliding door. At the time of my stay April 2025 there’s active construction in the immediate vicinity of the hotel."

"From Lausanne Gare, there is a very steep walk to hotel, I would not recommend walking if you are traveling with luggages and kids. Very nice breakfast with assorted bread, oats, flakes, fruits, coffee, pastry, milk, juice, meats, nuts and warm potatoes. From hotel room you can see the beautiful lake, cathedral structures down below. Water filling station outside rooms. Overall nice place to stay."

"One night stay on train journey. Very arty hotel service was great Room and lift are small Long steep walk from the train station but there is a 206 bus if you don’t want to pay for a cab. Breakfast was great - very cosy hotel. "

"The hotel has lovely clean rooms, good sizes. Very well situated near the station and town. The staff are well informed and helpful. There is a good choice of breakfast. As my husband has mobility problems, a handle higher on the shower wall would have been helpful, but that is the only small snag. "

"Lovely hotel with beautiful location on the lake. It's a bit outside on Montreux, but they kindly provided free bus travel which runs every 10 minutes from a bus stop right outside the hotel. Rooms and breakfast were all lovely. There is also a pleasant lounge area and outdoor terrace. A good tip is to take the bus from the hote about half way to town and alight at Clarens-Basset. From there there is a promenande all the way into town whuch is a lively 45 minute walk. "
