"The room was clean and modern but we had a room directly above the train station and it was very noisy all night. Stayed for two nights and the trains go through all night, with loud tannoy announcements etc. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, but we were disappointed to have such a noisy room when it's a large hotel and didn't appear to be full. The room was also only set up for one, even though I booked for two so had to have towels and pillows delivered late. The soap dispensers...

"Great hotel with wonderful staff. The Roman bath ruins underneath were wonderful. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Highly, highly recommend and will absolutely stay here if I'm ever in Plovdiv again."
