"I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is greatā€”the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasnā€™t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests....

"Handy for our visit to the Trigrad region (Devils throat cave). The sauna and pool looked great, but we didn't have spare time to use them, or the games room. The central heating was a bit cool for someone from Darwin (and probably other cooler places too)."

"The hotel was a bit old. Room was fairly clean but the bathroom wasn't very clean, the floor of the shower had something slimy when i fist used it. The shower was small and the curtain didn't stay in it's place. Food was mediocre so we opted to eat dinners out after first night. My friends' room door was problematic and the key was broken trying to open it. They charged us 20 levs for that. The hotel personnel was friendly though\ I don't think we'll stay here again"

"First of all it is wrongly advertised in your website. It say there is free wifi, but not in the rooms. The only available WiFi is in the common areas downstairs. This makes it difficult if you want to work remotely without distractions from reception and other clients. Higyene was poor. Broken tiles on floor. Paid for breakfast, but did not receive the full complimentary buffet for all the days I have stayed. "
