"First time I stayed in December I was given a drinks voucher. Have since stayed the last two weeks and none given. Two bags of crisps and two bottles of water are in the room on arrival but I have been told that they are not replaced until the third day. This week my room did not have water or crisps. "Pleasantly surprised after reading negative reviews. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. Yes, the floors creaked but its what you would expect in an old building such as this. Plenty of hot water for bath/shower. However shower lost pressure due to lots of people showering at the same time each morning. There was a good choice for breakfast and cooked to order. Excellent location in the centre of town. "
