"I must admit, I read the reviews for this property after I booked it, they made me anxious. We had none of the issues stated, the staff were friendly and helpful, leaving the room card was not a problem as there was always a member of staff available to return it to you. The room was warm and clean, the bed was made daily and the towels were changed when requested. "The property was very good. The room was clean and comfortable and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but no milk, so I had to ask the staff at the reception desk for some. There was also a slightly disturbing encounter of knocking on my door just after midnight and someone opened the door.
