"The property was undergoing renovations, so it was a little disruptive. However, the staff went out of the way to accommodate guests and work around the disruptions. A lovely hotel, a very attentive staff, and a great location!"

"We stayed for one night during our anniversary weekend and had dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our dinners were unique to the restaurant and really delicious. The staff were all wonderful and welcoming, the room was clean and had what we needed. The history of the hotel is neat so if you like staying in places with a little history to it, this is definitely the place. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at Dan and Robin's. The property is close to a beautiful river and in a beautiful setting. The bedroom is cozy and comfortable with more than enough space a bathroom attached. The living area can easily handle a large crowd and has all the comforts of home. Dan and Robin even had a Christmas tree set up in the living with lights and all! The hearth is wonderful, and Dan had the fireplace all set up with kindling, paper and wood. Just had to light it! "There was NOT one thing that could have made our stay better. We were celebrating our birthdays & “Tony” made sure it was a special stay. Tony gave us a delicious drink and a gift of chocolates. Our room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was big & spectacular. In the morning we had great coffee & there was a buffet of many different things to eat - a great variety, & everything was really good.
