"A bit further away from all the hustle and bustle and train station. But they provide you with an app to download city transportation for the duration of your stay for free before your arrival so you really have to walk for only 5 minutes after getting off tram #9 to hotel which is nice. Good breakfast and bed. Nothing to complain about"

"The hotel is very clean and has an excellent bathroom in the room. It was confusing to locate the front desk and I had to eventually call and ask where they were. The signs were just very unclear. There was no way to request one bed so my partner and I ended up with a bed that had a large gap down the middle as I suspect this was seen as the two bed twin option? Very uncomfortable. Everyone we interacted with was polite."

"We have stayed at this inn twice and enjoyed it both times. The service was friendly and helpful. They went out of there way to help with any problem. The housekeeping staff did not hurry us. We cannot speak to the restaurant as it was closed for vacations while we were there. The only issue that could have been better was no air conditioning. It would have been appreciated at both stays. "The room was great, just as described and the bed was pretty comfortable. There is a little noise from the train station which is very close, but its not too bad and didn't stop us sleeping. My major gripe is check-in. We arrived on a Sunday and hadn't been sent the codes. The building was unmanned, and it took more than 15minutes for the 24/7 helpline to answer. When they did they were able to send the codes pretty swiftly but didn't provide an explanation as to why we hadn't received an email....

"The property appears to be brand new, modern, and comfortable. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is not walkable from the railway station or from the town of Thun but there is a convenient bus that ends in a station opposite the hotel. It takes about 10-12 minutes on that bus to arrive from the railway station."
