Perhaps acquiring a few flatter pillows would be a great help to those with neck problems, otherwise a fantastic stay and excellent breakfasts . Please advise how to get onto your loyalty system. "Fabulous location in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk from the Central train station. Our room was a good size and breakfast had a decent choice of continental items. If you opt to not have your room cleaned they will give you a voucher for a free drink in the bar. I would highly recommend this hotel :) "

"We've stayed at a lot of hotels, this one was one of the better ones! Really comfortable bed, and great bathroom with an incredible rainfall showerhead. Lovely and quiet area with plenty of great places to eat and a supermarket close by as well. Really easy to get to via the trams. The room was perhaps a tad on the small size, bit it didn't bother us at all. Would very happily stay here again!"
