"The suite was overall excellent. But the cleaning could of been better. The soap and body wash dispenser was almost empty. The shower was a bit covered with dirt & dust/hair/fur particles. I had prebooked online letting the company know beforehand that I had 4 other guests with me. So I should of had the same number of towels and wash cloths for me and my guest. We had to beg for more towels because they were very stict on it. The breakfast buffet was a let down. Not many option for breakfast. They were out of plenty of food choices. But I liked how I was able to push my checkout time a little later at 12pm instead of 11am. And i was able to check in really late until 3am. Overall it was a good experience."

"Needed a one night stay for a med procedure next day. Room was spacious, electric fireplace was calming. Didnt try breakfast, brought own food . Maids were quiet and polite. Front desk personnel were cheerful. Lots of amenities, like toothbrush, paste, shower cap, comb, makeup remover, etc"
