"We enjoyed the cabin so much. It was perfect for us. It's clean, comfortable, well appointed and QUIET. Very relaxing. The bed was comfy and the kitchen has everything you need. It's close to The Village. There are folders with all the info on restaurants, shops, activities, things to do, maps, etc. It was decorated tastefully for Christmas too. We will definitely be back! "This cabin is absolutely fantastic! I am definitely a home body that likes all her own personal comforts but it was easy to be at the cabin. They literally thought of everything anyone could possibly need. Oh and don’t even get me started on the heated bathroom floors.. a true game changer. "Beware*** Advertised as a 3 bedroom house, which I needed for my children. It is NOT a 3 bedroom house. If you are willing to go outside in the winter, walk to the separate garage and stay in the uninsulated bedroom over the garage without a bathroom and without water, then you have a third bedroom. No mention of this in any way on the posting. Intended deception. They refused to provide a refund or any rebate when contacted. Also, the smell of gas the entire time there. They have a heating...

"Our family loved staying here. It was hot in Big Bear during our stay and this cottage was great. The property is well located in a very quiet area. The property managers were awesome and their communication was phenomenal. The fairy tale easter eggs were great and my 10 year old daughter loved everyone of them. I would highly recommend this cottage to a family with small children. Thank you guys so much for accomadating our family on a much needed 4th of July getaway."
