"The hotel is situated on a one way road into the main town which is wonderful to walk in a few mins. However it’s also super noisy through the night with cars and people walking past. Public parking is right outside hotel. It was free at this time of year, but very very busy. But you can book a separate car parking with hotel. "Lovely quiet location looking over the valley. Unfortunately, it was very wet so we weren’t able to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace which looked a wonderful space. Very crazy to drive down into Sarlat."

"Phenomenal location at the edge of a panoramic bastide. Expensive, but very good restaurant in the hotel itself (not always open in mid October). Some good restaurants nearby, but many also not open for dinner in mid October (although open for lunch)."

"A lovely provincial hotel in Sarlat & we enjoyed the breakfast. Very pleasant hosts & their dog Mario was a treat. Our only issue was that they said they had a problem with Wotif/Expedia passing on our payment & as we had to pay again on check out, & now are in negotiations with Wotif to get our money back. We have to wait 3 days so we do not yet know how easy Wotif is going to make the resolution to a problem of their making. Hopefully it will be ok "

"Very good value for money. Nice accommodation with a nice pool. Nice easy walk into sarlat but a bit of a climb on the way home. The owners are very nice and serve up freshly baked baguettes every morning,just put your orders on the board. Would definitely stay again if in the area."
