"Ricky at the reception desk was very helpful, funny, and most importantly professional. The lobby was incredibly spacious, work out room a little smaller than usual at most Holiday Inn’s. Housekeeping, minor communication barrier but work ethics was satisfactory because I notice a few items wasn’t properly clean when entering into my room but of course I over looked the tedious work due to being prepared with Clorox wipes. Also, prior to check out my do not disturb sign was removed before...

"We got checked as no show and couldn’t get into our room after our plane was 4 hours late. They let us in manually but we could not operate the elevators or anything to get back up. We were told breakfast was available until 10, went down at 9:45 and it was closed. I emailed the hotel when we knew we’d be late."
