"Convenient to train, metro and airport shuttle. Walkable to key sites. Staff was excellent. Area is bustling, some noise. Local cafes drag tables out at 6 am, essentially becoming an alarm clock. "The hotel was in a very good location for the activities that we wanted to do. A short walk to the central station was very handy. The room was clean and tidy, with a very good breakfast. Also a nice seating area inside and outside the property. The surrounding neighbourhood was a bit on the unpleasant side though. Also the late night trains made it difficult to get to sleep. All in all, great value for money, would stay again if we decided to return to Naples."

"A very good hotel in the heart of Naples. Great staff, spacious and comfortable room, we even had a nice view of the city from our window. The hotel has a great private courtyard for relaxing and eating breakfast. Very nice! And the included breakfast was fabulous! It is close to walking to many sites in Naples. I highly recommend it if you want to explore the sites in Naples including museums, restaurants, and various interesting neighborhoods! "

"The hotel was unique and good quality. The linens and fixtures were all excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Staying in the old Spanish quarter appealed to our sense of history but the narrow streets buzzing with fast moving scooters was unnerving to walk. However the gorgeous private terrace and deep soaking tub in the bath more than made up for the traffic. "

"When we walked from train station the streets have lots of rubbish and homeless people and lots of police. It’s like any big European city. Never felt bothered. Next to hotel there are street vendors. Hotel itself was nice, rooms were spacious, a bit of street noise. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast was good as well. "
