"Do not stay - very bad air quality and smells of toxins! We actually did not stay at this property longer than 30 minutes on our first reservation, we had to walk out after we arrived at the property (on another booking made through a separate platform a few days before) and found the property to be unsafe and unfit. There was construction going on and whether it was that or from an ongoing problem we don't know - but as soon as we arrived into the building two of us immediately had burning...

"The area was very rough but the room was clean and well kept. Bathroom very small shower even more so. But if just there for the night everything is clean and nice within the hotel. The surrounding area could use cleaning up."

"The positives: we had everything we needed, the room was clean and stocked, the air conditioning worked nicely which is important in southern Italy, and Monica was great. She was very responsive and helpful and even got someone to help us with our bags up to the room when we arrived. The mini fridge was welcome also for storing beverages. "Staff is helpful. In room air conditioner was ice cold and absolutely essential this summer. Cafe and pizzeria right onsite, complementary breakfast get a cup of espresso and have a pastry. Had a refrigerator in the room as well."

"Rooms were mouldy, cockroaches in the bathroom, there was a domestic dispute in the hall and blood everywhere. Wifi only worked outside the room. Chairs in the seating area you could use wifi were broken. "

"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. Easy downhill walk to the Archaeology museum. Staff were easy to get a hold of, and the suite itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are staying in Naples. "
