"The Hotel Osai is a beautiful hotel that is meticulously clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My issue with the hotel is there was no staff onsite during the day. They were unavailable if you wanted to purchase water or any refreshments. There are no local restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. We tried finding them and came up short. "Stefano clearly goes way out of his way to help his guests. Saw him helping guests with a Sicilian rental car agency that required much diplomacy. Breakfasts were wonderful, very unique savory and sweet options. Was able to arrange for laundry, very needed after 8 days of travel. Very knowledgeable about Siracusa."
