"The staff were really lovely and friendly. The room was great. Getting up the stairs with two really heavy suitcases was a little difficult but we coped. Having the bistro right next door was super convenient. Also having access to a laundry was just brilliant as we had already been away from home for well over a week and really needed to do some washing.
