"The hotel is acceptable, but the location on the booking site is WRONG. The hotel is much further from the city center than shown. This is not the first time I have encountered this deceptive practice. When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if to say "It's the customer's fault. The shouldn't have trusted us." Guess what, you're right. Why am I trusting a booking site that lies to me? "

"Overall, this was good. But some comments: Advertised as Adults only. It wasn’t. That does not mean the children who were around were a problem - they were not. We suspect the hotel has been modernised. And reasonably well too. But nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels, no fridge, no tea/coffee facilities. But the staff were also very helpful (even though very little English was actually spoken despite being advertised). But we got through with their helpfulness. "

"This property is a very clean, functional, well-kept property that does not pretend to be anything beyond a clean place to get a good night's sleep. Nobody answered the locked door when we arrived (6pm) so we rang and rang the bell. We finally went around to the side and found an open door. We went in and found the reception desk and were joined a few minutes later by the owner ... who had just stepped out for a moment I guess. He didnt speak english so we settled on French and got the paper...

"La queja es contra la página Hotels.com Tras publicitar que no hace falta pagar antes, y otras comodidades más, resulta que en pequeño y por en medio hay una advertencia de que hay que confirmar 24 horas antes para que la reserva sea efectiva. Yo hice esa reserva con menos tiempo de 24 horas, por tanto ustedes tendrían que advertir claramente que era inviable, como hicieron otras páginas, motivo por el que busqué en la suya. Elena"
