"The hotel facilities seem quite nice, just lack of service staff. However the room we were assigned on the 1st floor does not have Wifi. The young fellow was kind enough to change us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was ok for us although it lacks certain amenities. The worst thing happened was upon the check out. "The hotel is acceptable, but the location on the booking site is WRONG. The hotel is much further from the city center than shown. This is not the first time I have encountered this deceptive practice. When I do, no one will take responsibility -- just finger pointing, then everyone shrugs as if to say "It's the customer's fault. The shouldn't have trusted us." Guess what, you're right. Why am I trusting a booking site that lies to me? "

"We booked a room with 1 double bed and one single or twin bed in the same room, the hotel on the other hand seemed not to be aware of that and after being sent in a room with only one double bed we needed to change rooms, the advertised pool is empty, the breakfast is good, overpriced for what you get."

"Overall, this was good. But some comments: Advertised as Adults only. It wasn’t. That does not mean the children who were around were a problem - they were not. We suspect the hotel has been modernised. And reasonably well too. But nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels, no fridge, no tea/coffee facilities. But the staff were also very helpful (even though very little English was actually spoken despite being advertised). But we got through with their helpfulness. "

"Pues la habitación muy bien y el desayuno increíble de variado y bueno... Por ese precio!! Impresionante. Pero lo que más me da gustado es el sistema de trabajar. Llegas, la puerta de entrada está siempre abierta, subes a la primera planta y en la mesa están las llaves con tu nombre, la coges y te vas a la habitación.
