"I have stayed a few times at this hotel. It is 'Guest Friendly' which is great. It is in a good location, close to beach, shops, restaurants. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always do what they can to assist you. The hotel is a little dated and needs a bit of work to bring it up to date, however it is still good value for money. "

"Don't know where to begin. No hot water, TV wouldn't turn on, WiFi was totally unusable, and when I checked in they downgraded my room and then didn't offer to fix it after I brought it to their attention. Finally, the key they gave me was nearly broken and it ended up breaking the rest of the way in the door and they charged me 1000baht for that. Do yourself a favor and find any other hotel. There's tons of options that are better in the same area for the same price. Won't ever go back here...

"Stayed with a friend for a couple of nights. Since our room was not ready at check in time, we were proactively upgraded to a better twin room which was awesome. I really like the vibe of the place, with its swimming pool, young and vibrant atmosphere, and many activities, so I would highly recommend both the dorms and the private rooms, as this place provide a haven from bustling Patong beach. The location is really good, 3 minutes walking distance from the beach."
