"We stayed for 4 nights and had a lovely holiday. The room was well equipped and the bed comfortable - special mention for the shower which was enjoyably powerful. The location was perfect in that it was close to the river but not in the busy area of the city. Additionally, the excellent tram service stopped right outside the hotel. Reception staff were all polite and helpful."

"Free parking outside, helpful check in staff member. It was not easy to find the accom initially as sat nav was taking us to a slightly different spot. There is a small sign higher up with the apartment name on, but it's not an obvious entrance so need to look out for this - esp at night. Overall was a nice enough small apartment. "

"The hotel had bad signage, on side of building, had to pay parking but this was not even secure, a grassy bank perimeter, gates only to stop office building next door from parking. Hand basin did not empty. Coffee making facilities poor - kettle and instant coffee. Could provide better for cost"

"Ma chambre était grande propre bien équipée. On m'a accueillie au beau milieu de la nuit suite au retard de mon train le personnel est vraiment gentil. Le resto au rooftop est très bien et la vue est magnifique. Cependant j'ai entendu des propos très désobligeants de la part du 'manager" du resto envers les employées fémines. Ça m'a beaucoup dérangée, je ne suis plus retournée au restaurant pour le reste de mon séjour."
