"I arrived at the hotel for early check-in and there was a room available. At first, the staff member had a difficult time finding my reservation and there was some confusion regarding the name it was booked under. He was very polite throughout this process, and reassured me that it would be OK and I'd still have a place to stay regardless. He helped to alleviate the anxiety I had when hearing my reservation couldn't be found (I had travelled from far!). After a few minutes, we realized the error with the name and he confirmed my reservation with no issues. This staff member also helped me with bus directions to the Cathedral and explained things clearly and efficiently. I was happy with the early check-in, the kindness of the staff, and the comfort of the room. The hotel room was a bit small but clean and the shower functioned well. My room faced the main road which was a bit noisy so I slept with ear plugs and had no problems."
