"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"We arrived on Ascencion day from the little yellow train to no bus or taxi from Villefranc to the hotel - locals gathered together at the station to take us to the hotel in a private car - refused to accept any payment. Next day we needed to do washing, again let down by taxi's to get to laundry (at the local supermarket and a local again gave us a lift but let down again by taxi's to return (not far enough). "El hotel es agradable en general pero tiene cosas para mejorar. El entorno maravilloso en plena naturaleza. Limpieza buena y todo muy ordenado. Los "peros" de la estancia son la incomodidad de la cama, el desayuno poco organizado, ya que hay una persona atendiendo y sirviendo. La solución más práctica sería tenerlo preparado y expuesto para los clientes y que se sirvan al gusto.
