We did have a little problem with the door lock at one point but the receptionist helped us a lot and quickly found a solution. Overall I couldn’t have a more better experience and I am looking forward to come back! "

"I stayed one night at the hotel in Padua, looking back, I think I should have booked two or three, so that I could get a better experience of the Veneto. Parts of the hotel seemed like an escape room, because my bedroom was located towards the rear. I was told that I had to take two elevators to get to my room, as it was in the back of the hotel. Part of it was under refurbishment, so I had to take one elevator up, and go to the other side of the hotel (4 minutes walk through two hallways)...
