"Had an issue with the wifi connection but after a few hours, they agreed to move us rooms. We were moved to a smoking room (we are a non smoking family) but it was for one night only and the wifi worked so I didn’t object (wifi needed for son’s school work). Loved the lights on the balcony at night!"

This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. "Was i the local area on business. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Rooms are a good size and comfortable. Food was excellent and tailores for my gluten intolerance. Minor issue with internet coverage but overcame it. Proof if the pudding is that i will use it again."
