"Had a wonderful stay. Clean hotel. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Fast room service. They clean your room daily. Not too many eating places within walking distance.. there are a few but you have to uber/drive. Closest train station is Napoli Centrale (about 15euros in uber/taxi). We had pre-paid for 5nights but had to leave after 4 for personal reasons and the hotel staff was really nice and took off the city tax from our final bill."

"An excellent hotel in Portici with upscale, modern, and impeccably clean rooms. The on-site dining was outstanding, and the staff was exceptionally welcoming. While located outside of Naples, the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast, which were our main destinations. Their shuttle service made transportation seamless. I would gladly stay here again on a future visit."

It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time. I recommend to stay here for several nights, to see the Napoli city center including the hill of Posillipo, Pozzuoli, Pompei, and Sorrento. "Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....
