"Housekeeping only came once in 11 days. Had to call every time I needed something. Not a huge deal to us, but could be for others. Most dishes were dirty (but put away), and shampoo/conditioner was empty when we arrived. Shower door wouldn't open and bathroom door handle broken. All these things were addressed quickly, though. The staff was very kind and willing to help immediately. Definitely made up for the issues. "

"This was my 5th stay at the Marriott Cincinatti North - it is my go-to whenever I visit the area. It is centrally located between Cincinatti and Monroe (where my employer has a manufacturing plant) which makes it a perfect home-base. The staff is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. "Stayed here for three days and service was over the top good. The room was a little worn out as it looked like this was an older building, but everything worked as it should’ve and the bed was comfortable. There was also easy access to parking and the staff took care of issues promptly, including a defective card. "Beautiful hotel. Hard to find, not good signage but we arrived in dark. Wish it had a hot tub after our long trip. Check in was awesome and all staff was fantastic!!! Beds were super comfy and showers were so nice. "
