"We had a comfortable stay, only disappoint was the hotel description states laundry service and a pool but actually the laundry service is a service off-site not a laundromat that I assumed. A laundromat was not even walking distance. Also there was no pool onsite but about 15 minutes away from hotel apparently but not sure if that was walking distance or by car. Other than that everything else was good, friendly staff and felt safe and secure in the hotel. Perfect views also from the top floor...

"We were given a room with no view of the ocean at check in, even though I was sold an ocean view room. It appears many of the rooms at the hotel have their view obstructed by a building in front. "A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "
