"Its a great location, not far from the lake front and several nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance, its possible to walk to the historical centre of Sirmone which we did but the hotel also offers free bike hire! Rooms are spacious, modern and really clean, pool is a nice size for the hotel and never felt overly crowded. "Disappointing. I stayed in this property before and it seemed better, but now it is bad and I would not stay there again. The room is spartan to say the least. The night stands are literally too small to put a phone on them. The bed frame is basically what you would bring out for a night for a kids sleep-over. You get a pillow that's 2cm thick. There was no toilet paper in the room. I really can't think of anything good to say here, other than that the property is near the autostrada, so that's...

"We stayed during peak summer and temperatures were 35°C. We arrived via train and it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station and beach so the location was not ideal for us in the heat and on foot. We found the breakfast to be fantastic. We were made fresh croissants which were the best we’ve ever eaten, there was cereal, bread/toast, hot and cold meat, eggs, loads of choice of fruit, pancakes, waffles, doughnuts, muffins, cakes and more and we really enjoyed it.
