"Check in was a breeze. Staff are helpful and welcoming. Location is very good with a big supermarket 5 minutes away. There is also line 3 underground metro 8 minutes away which gives easy access to the whole city. The room is a bit small but very clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very clean and have all essentials. Would book again if I back in town."

It wasn't the hotel's fault and there probably wasn't much they could do about it but being noise sensitive, it wasn't great. In every other respect, the hotel was lovely.
