"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. "Really liked the hotel. Pool is amazing ! very big and clean. We traveled with 2 kids aged 7 and 8 and we really liked the fact that the pool had the perfect depth where the kids could play freely without the fear of drowning. Also hotel is close to the main street where all the local shops and restaurants are however it was very quiet. Plus, the beach is only about 10 min walk. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return ."

"We love this hotel. We’ve been twice this year and already can’t wait to go back. It’s a little out the way but we enjoy the walk as Cala dor is beautiful. It’s a very small hotel but i absolutely love it. The staff, they make this hotel. They are all very welcoming and extremely friendly. 10/10! "

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"A great location, and loved the room with the extra terrace space. The pool area was great and the food at the bar area was always delicious. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and when we had a small issue with our door lock they fixed it straight away. "We had a great time in our villa which was in a group of villas slightly apart from the main hotel with our own pool. we didn't realise when booking but we could use all of the hotel amenities including all of their pools and restaurants. The villa was about a minute from the gorgeous beach and a minute in the other direction was a lovely cove for snorkelling. Beautiful place and very friendly staff everywhere in the hotel, from reception to the shops, bars and restaurants."

I did feel on arrival that the woman on the desk could have smiled and been more helpful.
