There is an excellent grocery store across the street and only one minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel."

"I was refused entry and not allowed to check in because they claimed they had not received payment. this has happened before and normal courteous customer focused approach would be to say please let us show you your room and we will sort out the payment later. their priority should have been my room, but NOOOOOOOO, their priority was their money....."
