"Check-in was super simple, just had to fill in a form with my name and number etc. Everyone at reception is really friendly and the process really easy. Check-in is from 9:30 onwards, I checked in around 3 and still had to wait 10 minutes for my room to be ready. "Hotel did not honor Hotels.com reservation so I had to pay AGAIN when I checked in. Having no other options that late evening, I had to acquiesce - "fortunately" they had vacancy. The room was dirty and the bed was sagging from overuse. Staff was aloof and disinterested, borderline rude. Most TV channels completely missing or scratchy."
