"I have stayed at Makeney Hall five times now which says a lot. This time I was with my dog and also a friend. I booked two rooms which Expedia said were, "in the courtyard (briliant) pet friendly and on the ground floor". Upon arrival, I was told that both rooms were on the first floor. I explained what Expedia said and reception fixed it so my friend would be on the first floor and me and my dog couldl be on the ground floor. "Very friendly staff and a lovely location. A large, comfortable room with one or two maintenance issues that needed sorting but when reported were responded to in a positive way. The fire doors in the corridors close noisily and for some this could be a real disturbance."
