"This is a pub with an incredible range of cask beers (10) mostly from the Lincoln Green Brewery. The 3 I try ed were excellent. The hotel (pub) has a faded grandeur feel and is basic. This suits me down to the ground. They do not do breakfast so we went to Tesco opposite which has a good cafe. The ensuite room was clean and tidy and met our needs well. It is up two flights of stairs though, no lift, and is a rabbit warren. Parking is on street. Overall I liked it but posh it is not."

Nicer than the usual Ibis
"A nicer than usual Ibis. Centrally located with clean and comfortable room. The room had one of those bathroom pods which thankfully was larger than past experience, with a very decent shower. Would stay here again if the price was right."
