Quando chegamos no café, não havia ninguém. Escolhemos uma mesa e quando o funcionário nos viu, foi bem grosseiro dizendo que as mesas eram nominais e que não podíamos sentar em qualquer uma. Não tinha como sabermos dessa informação, pois quando chegamos ao café ninguém foi nos recepcionar."

Clean and well maintained rooms - we even got upgraded to a loft suite with great views. Anecdote: We decided to stay an extra night but there were no rooms. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Overall it was a lovely stay. The food was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. I also loved that they offered fresh juices, which is not something many places offer. I think the hotel rooms are in need of refurbishing as they are quite dated. I also think the hotel should definitely be fitted with air conditioning as it was far too hot throughout the whole hotel, in the gym and in our room.
