"Disgusting place. First room I opened the door and smelled horrible, had roaches running around, and was dirty. They then changed my room to a “clean” room which obviously had not been cleaned either with dirty sheets and not even a top sheet. Oh and they stole my €100 “deposit” and didn’t return it. Next time I will sleep in the street. "

"Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full. Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from...
