"The location was convenient and the property is new. Apart from our first check-in, all the check-in staff and receptionists were friendly and very helpful. There were 2 bottles of water on arrival, but they were not replaced after the first day. The laundry bag and sheet were also not replaced. As one of the more expensive hotels, I would have expected a bit more. "

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The shower worked well but took several minutes for the hot to come through but once it did it had great pressure and temperature.
