They eventually found it on Expedia.com and had to create a new booking for us. It took over an hour to get our accommodations sorted out."

Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed.
