"Everything was great except for two things. First was a huge Escalade was blocking the entrance for several hours making it difficult to drop off my luggage and I am disabled and had to drag it all from parking lot. Told the front desk but they did nothing. Also, the battery in my AC thermostat was dead and the cleaning lady called down to get it fixed and maintenance never showed up so my AC didn’t work well. Staff was friendly and rooms were nice and clean. "

"This was a nice clean room. Bed was comfortable. Nice free breakfast in the morning and friendly staff. It was convenient for the Eorldd masters track meet we were in town for. Applebees within walking distance. "

"Hotel is located in a prime location for access to the main campus. They are remodeling, which caused problems with the TV cable service in my room. My room did have a wonderful view of the University of Florida campus. Traffic on University is busy and get load at times."

"Cute little place. Has microwave and coffee maker. No water source other than bathroom in my room, though they provide a couple bottles of water. Fridge is a little bigger than a mini, but still tiny. There is a café downstairs. A bit of a loud talker woke me up - peeked out the football down the stairs around 7 AM in the morning and it was just a first of theirs chatting.. Not ideal but not the cottage’s fault. They were having the conversation full blown right at the bottom of the stairs...

"We had an excellent stay and couldn't have been happier. The house was very clean and very well appointed. The owner was so friendly with excellent communication. He was also very flexible with us, as we were evacuating our beach town for Hurricane Milton. So many things were up in the air, and this was a wonderful place to ride out the storm. " I called 3 weeks before my booking and confirmed that my reservation was still good. I received a confirmation from Stayable Select staff that everything was ready. When I showed up, the lobby was closed permanently. Signage pointed me to another building to check in. The place has been neglected for months. Trash everywhere. Squatters. Broken glass. No staff was answering the phones. Eventually I texted the number and received a text that my reservation had been cancelled. Absolutely...
