The venue itself is on a hill with lovely view of the surrounding fields. It has a olde worlde feel with beautiful oak beams as part of its pub features and brass adornments on the wall. "When I arrived the signs through the front door was confusing. I just found my way through to the bar where I spoke to the lovely staff behind the bar. Staff were really nice. Was shown to my room. Bed was comfortable, bedding and towels were clean. Carpet and bathroom floor was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor. Tea and coffee was a welcome addition. Had to move the kettle to boil it though as it didn’t reach the plug. Bathroom could do with some TLC. Just looks a bit grimy. One of the...

"Highly recommend Beaconsview B&B! Jen made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. It was my partner’s birthday and Jen left a note and a gift for him - it was really kind. Absolutely stunning views and the breakfast was wonderful. Parking was a brilliant bonus. The room was gorgeous - beautifully decorated throughout, spotless, the bath and shower were fab, and the bed was huge and really comfortable. Would definitely stay again."
