Also staff had mixed attitudes: I was told there was no room service, after requesting more bathroom rug. However the other front desk staff saw me at the elevator and offer to bring the rug to the apartment. The check in wait time was longer than I am used to. About 25 min Long"

"The place is utterly understaff. People wearing plain clothes, no id badges, and clearly poorly trained. Only one desk at reception resulting in long lines. Whoever manages this place has no business running a hotel. Avoid it if you can. Really surprised Accor has not taken action yet. "
